Cable Securing

Heat Shrink End Caps are made UV and weather resistant materials and it provides excellent protection features as it is provided with adhesive lining for internal coating. It can stay effective at extreme temperatures starting from -55°C to +110°C and it can be recovered only when the temperature reaches +130°C.
Applications and Benefits
The inner wall is coated with adhesive lining to provide perfect sealing.
It protects materials from abrasion, climatic impact and corrosion.

Features Cable Securing Polyolefin Heat Shrink End Caps With Glue Inside

  • The End Cap is adhesive lined to bond with the heat shrink it overlaps;
  • Hot melt adhesive seals and insulates in one step to speed installation;
  • Adhesive lining will prevent moisture penetration, allowing for long term storage of cable;
  • Forms pressure-tight seal on ends of communication and power cables;
  • Shrink ratio of 2:1 insulates a wide range of diameters and irregular shapes;
  • Cross-linked UV resistant material improves chemical and temperature resistance;
  • Continuous use temperature of up to 105°C;
  • Shrink temperature of 110-130 °C;
  • Dual wall end cap, with internal wall of hot-melt adhesive provides excellent bonding to plastic and metals;
  • Capable of sealing the entire surface of a cable or wire.
